In case of emergency call 000, the call taker will activate the SES if needed.

In case of Flooding or Storm damage please call 132 500, please be aware that during bad weather and severe conditions there maybe a high call period.We suggest once you have reported your situation, please do not ring back to report it again, this may delay the SES in getting to your job due to allocation to the teams out on calls, all jobs and calls are important and will be dealt with in a timley manner, unless a life threatening call is recieved, all life threatening calls take precedence over any other call for assistance.
